Abstract: PROPOSED RULE RM85-7 MAKES A REVISION WHICH AFFECTS WELL CATEGORY DETERMINATIONS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTION IS MANDATORY PURSUANT TO THE NATURAL GAS POLICY ACT OF 1978 FOR JURISDICTIONAL AGENCY DETERMINATIONS. THIS REVISION WILL ELIMINATE REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW APPLICATIONS FOR CERTAIN PRESSURE BUILD-UP DETERMINATIONS FOR STRIPPER WELLS AND NOTICES OF DISQUALIFICATIONS.
