Abstract: VA FORM 27-4274 IS NEEDED TO OBTAIN STATISTICAL INFORMATION FROM PROPRIETARY SCHOOLS WHICH ENROLL VETERANS AND OTHER ELIGIBLE BENEFICIARIES WHO RECEIVE FEDERAL EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS FROM THE VA AND DEPATMENT OF EDUCATION. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS EVALUATED TO DETERMINE IF PROPRIETARY SCHOOLS ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE CIVIL RIGHTS STATUTES.
