Abstract: THE TERMINATION LIABILITY SCHEDULE WOULD PERMIT OFFERORS ON CONTRACTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF TELELPHONE SYSTEMS TO BE FUNDED THROUGH THE FEDERAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS FUND (TF) TO SUBMIT A SCHEDULE OF CANCELLATION CHARGES. TERMINATION LIABILITY PROVISIONS ARE STANDARD TELEPHONE INDUSTRY PRACTICE AND THEIR USE EQUALIZES THE INTERCONNECTS COMPETITIVE POSITION RELATIVE TO THE TARIFF CARRIERS, THEREBY INCREASI COMPETITION.
