Terms of Clearance: Given that the Targeted Jobs Tax Credit Program is scheduled to expire on December 31, 1985, the TJTC Report Forms package is approved throug May 1986, only, to enable the Department to collect all reports for th 1985 program year. If the TJTC program is extended, DOL should submit new paperwork package at least 45 days prior to the expiration of this one.
