Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTION ACTIVITY IS THE GENERAL FACILITY STANDARDS, SUBPART B OF PARTS 264 AND 265. THE PAINT FILTER TEST MUST NOW BE USE TO DETERMINE THE PRESENCE OF FREE LIQUIDS. IN THE PAST, OWNERS AND OPERATORS COULD USE ONE OF SEVERAL TESTS. THE RECORDKEEPING BURDEN IS OINLY FOR THE PLACEMENT OF A COPY OF THE PAINT FILTER TEST IN THE WAST ANALYSIS PLAN.
