IN ADDITION, HUD MUST DETAIL WHICH REQUIREMENTS ARE TO BE IMPOSED ON NON-FHA-INSURED HOMES (i.e., REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH IMPLEMENTING THE DEALER VOLUME BONUS PLAN A DESCRIPITION OF THE IMPACT OF THE MANUFACTURER'S INVOICE ON THOSE INVOICES ALREADY WRITTEN, THE LEGAL AUTHORITY FOR HUD TO REQUIRE A WARRANTY SUCH AS THAT REQUIRED BY SECTION 201.2(P), AND THE IMPACT OF THE RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ON SMALL BUSINESSES.

Abstract: INFORMATION COLLECTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH HUD REQUIREMENTS AND CUSTOMARY INDUSTRY PRACTICES REGARDING LOANS FOR PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT AND MOBILE HOMES, REFLECTED IN HUD REGULATIONS AT 24 CFR 201.
