Abstract: FORM 3-1807 IS USED BY LICENS BIRD BANDERS AND PROFESSIONAL WILDLIFE AGENCY PERSONNEL ON THE RECOVER OF SERVICE BANDS AND MARKERS USED ON MARKED BIRDS THAT WER SHOT, FOUND DEAD, FOUND INJURED, FOREIGN RETRAPS, ETC. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED USED BY FEDERAL, STATE AND PRIVATE CONSERVATION ORGANIZATIONS AND THE CANADIAN WILDLIFE SERVICE FOR THE PROPER MANAGEMENT OF MIGRATORY BIRDS IN NORTH AMERICA.
