THE INFORMATION COLLECTIO IS NEEDED
FOR CUSTOMS TO BE ABLE TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH COUNTRY ORIGIN
CRITERIA FOR MERCHANDISE ENTITLED TO DUTY-FREE ENTRY UNDER THE
CARIBBEAN BASIN INITIATIVE AND THE GENERALIZED SYSTEM OF
PREFERENCES. INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO GRANT OR DENY DUTY-FREE
TREATMENT. RESPONDENTS WILL BE IMPORTERS AND EXPORTERS. THIS IS A
RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENT PURSUANT TO 19 CFR 162.1(C).
