WILL BE USED TO SELECT FROM AMONG THE CHAPTER 1 PROJECTS NOMINAT THOSE THAT ARE UNUSUALLY SUCCESSFUL. SUBMISSION IS VOLUNTARY. DESCRIPTIONS OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS WILL BE DISSEMINATED TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF CHAPTER 1 PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE NATION.
