Abstract: THE INFANT FORMULA ACT AUTHORIZED THE SECRETARY OF H TO ESTABLISH TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CONTINUED EXEMPTION OF INFAN FORMULAS. THIS FINAL ROUTE ESTABLISHES THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WOULD PROVIDE INCREASED ASSURANCE OF SAFETY AND APPROPRIATE NUTRIENT CONTENT OF INFANT FORMULAS FOR CONSUMERS.
