Abstract: PURSUANT TO SECTION 332 OF THE TARIFF ACT OF 1930, THE USITC IS REQUIRED TO ANNUALLY PROVIDE CURRENT STATISTICAL INFORMATION ON THE BROOM INDUSTRY TO THE PRESIDENT. THESE DATA ARE TO MONITOR THE IMPACT OF IMPORTS ON THE INDUSTRY AND/OR TO ASSESS TARIFF RELIEF PREVIOUSLY GRANTED TO BROOM PRODUCERS AS A RESULT OF E.O. 11377.
