Abstract: THE THREE FORMS INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE ARE NEEDED TO MANAGE THE SENI COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE THE PRINCIP SOURCES OF PROGRAM PLANS, PERFORMANCE DATA AND RESOURCES ALLOCATION. THEY FORM THE BASIS FOR THE AWARD FOR FUNDS, FEDERAL OVERSIGHT AND REPORTS TO THE CONGRESS.
