Abstract: REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE PROVIDED FOR UNDER THE U.S.-CANADA NONSCHEDULED AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FO THE EVALUATION OF U.S.-CANADA CHARTER PROGRAMS AND FOR THE CONDUCT OF ONGOING BILATERAL NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT. BOTH U.S. AND CANADIAN AIRLINES ARE RESPONDENTS (VIRTUALLY ALL CANADIAN).
