Abstract: REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE PROVIDED FOR UNDER THE U.S.-CANADA NONSCHEDULED AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO EVALUATE U.S.-CANADA CHARTER PROGRAMS AND TO STRUCTURE AVIATION NEGOTIATIONS WITH CANADA. BOTH U.S. AND CANADIAN AIRLINES ARE RESPONDENTS THOUGH VIRTUALLY ALL ARE CANADIAN.
