Approval of
existing collection is extended to allow FCC to continue program
while rulemaking proceeds. Approval of proposed modification
applies only to Section 73.2080 of FCC rules, and not to proposed
forms FCC 396 and FCC 395B, which FCC has told us it will submit
separately for review. The proposed modification of information
collection requirements contained in Section 73.2080 is approved on
the basis that the example in the rule of how each requirement may
be met are merely illustrative examples and are not part of the
approved information collection requirements.
