Abstract: PART 326 SETS PROCEDURES UNDER WHICH AN AIRLINE RECEIVING SUBSIDY FOR SERVING A COMMUNITY MAY BE REPLACED BY ANOTHER CARRIER OFFERING TO PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE OR SERVICE AT A LOWER SUBSIDY COST.
