COSTS, BOTH BETWEEN THE VOUCHER AND CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS AND BETWEEN PHAs, (2) PRIOR TO EXPIRA TION OF THIS CLEARANCE, HUD SHOULD FULLY BRIEF OMB ON THE STATUS OF TH DEMO., (3) THE BURDEN FOR THE ADMIN. COST STUDY (5619 HOURS) IS HEREBY ADDED TO THE EXISTING BURDEN OF 12163 HOURS. UPON COMPLETION OF THE ADMIN. COST STUDY, HUD MAY REVISE THE BURDEN HOURS BACK TO THE ORIGINA HOURS, AND (4) TO ASSURE THAT THE DATA GENERATED BY THE ADMIN. COST STUDY REASONABLY REFLECTS TRUE ADMIN. COSTS, HUD MUST INVESTIGATE, AND REPORT TO OMB ON (A) ANY COMPARATIVE DATA GENERATED OUTSIDE OF THE FORMAL STUDY ON THE INFORMATION REPORTED ON THE TIMESHEETS, (B) ESTIMA ED CASE WORKER LABOR COSTS, DEVELOPED FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN THIS STU BY JURISDICTION, AND THE RELATIONSHIP OF THESE ESTIMATES TO TOTAL ADMI COSTS REPORTED, (C) EVIDENCE AND ESTIMATES OF LOCAL FACTORS EXPLAINING PHA ADMIN. COST DIFFERENCES, (D) CORRELATIONS BETWEEN EXISTING ADMIN. COST DATA AND REPORTED ADMIN. Abstract: DATA ON OUTCOMES OF PARTICIPANTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS IN THE PROPOSED HOUSING VOUCHER DEMONSTRATION ARE NEEDED TO EVALUATE THE VOUCHER PROGRAM. THOSE AFFECTED WILL BE PROGRAM APPLICANTS AND LOCAL PHA STAFF WHO WILL RECORD AND TRANSMIT THE DATA TO HUD. PHA'S WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR COSTS INCURRED REGARDING THE DATA.
