PUBLIC HOUSING UNDER 24 CFR PART 970. THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
CONTRACT (ACC) REQUIRES THAT PHA'S OBTAIN HUD APPROVAL OF
CONVERSIONS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTION COVERS DEVELOPMEN AND
REVIEW OF PHA REQUESTS AND POST-APPROVAL IMIPLEMENTATION,
COMPLIANCE AND FISCAL CONTROLS. AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES
PHA'S,
