Abstract: PRODUCTION ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING SYSTEM INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE PRODUCTION AND DISPOSITION DATA ON SOLID MINERAL PRODUCED FROM FEDERAL AND INDIAN LEASES. THE DATA WILL BE USED TO MONITOR PRODUCTION, TO CHECK REPORTED DISPOSITION AGAINST ROYALTIES, A FOR AUDITS. LEASE AND FACILITY OPERATORS ARE AFFECTED.
