Terms of Clearance: The "OFCCP Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements" are approved through June 1986 to provide sufficient time for DOL to prepare and submit a full paperwork package justifying both the existing requirements and the estimate of reporting and recordkeeping burden. This clearance is in accordance with the March 20, 1986 request from Paul Larson to Jim MacRae for a 90-day clearance. No additional OMB approval can be granted for these requirements without the full paperwork package described above.
