TO SUBMIT A DETAILED VENTILATION SYSTEM AND METHAN AND DUST CONTROL
PLAN, INCLUDING AN UP-TO-DATE MAP OF THE MINE, TO MSH FOR APPROVAL.
THE INFORMATION IS USED TO INSURE THAT A SYSTEM IS DEVELOPED AND
USED THAT WILL EFFECTIVELY VENTILATE THE MINE.
