Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT THE HAZARDOUS AND SOLID WASTE AMENDMENTS OF 1984. THE REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING ASPECTS OF THE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE USED BY BOTH EAP AND THE FACILITY'S OWNER AND OPERATORS IN A VARIETY OF WAYS TO ENSURE THE EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF HAZARDOUS WASTES.
