Abstract: CERTAIN INFORMATION IS NEEDED FROM A PRODUCER AT LOANMAKING IN ORDER T DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY OF THE PRODUCER AND THE COMMODITY FOR PRICE SUPPORT.
