THIS PROJECT IS A LABORATORY STUDY WHICH WILL INVESTIGATE THE ERRORS ASSOCIATED WITH RECALL OF HEALTH EVENTS RELATED TO CHRONIC VERSUS ACUTE CONDITIONS IN THE NATIONAL HEALTH INTERVIEW SURVEY. THE RECALL STRATEGIES ASSOCIATED WITH ACCURATE RECALL OF HEALTH EVENTS WILL BE IDENTIFIED IN EXPERIMENTAL INTERVIEWS. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR HOW THE SUCCESSFUL STRATEGIES CAN BE INCORPORATED INTO HEALTH SURVEY QUESTIONS
