Abstract: THE FORM IS USED TO COLLECT CAMPGROUND FEES AT AND THEREBY ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A FEE THROUGH THE USE OF THE PERMIT FE ENVELOPE. THE USE OF THE FORM IS NECESSARY AS IT IS NOT PRACTICAL TO HAVE MANNED ENTRANCE STATIONS TO COLLECT THE FEES AT EACH CAMPGROUND SITE.
