Abstract: EE0-1 DATA ARE USED BY EEOC TO INVESTIGATE CHARGES OF DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT AGAINST PRIVATE EMPLOYERS. DATA ARE SHARED WITH SEVERAL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, PARTICULARLY THE OFCCP, USDOL. UNDER SEC. 709(D), TITLE VII, DATA ARE ALSO SHARED WITH APPROXIMATELY 127 STATE AND LOCAL FEPC AGENCIES.
