Abstract: THE COLLECTION OF INFORMATION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER FOR CUSTOMS TO EFFECTIVELY COLLECT FEES FROM PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL VESSELS, PRIVATE AIRCRAFT, OPERATORS OF COMMERCIAL TRUCKS, AND PASSENGERS OF FREIGHT RAILROAD CARS ENTERING THE U.S., AND RECIPIENTS OF CERTAIN SUITABLE MAIL ENTRIES FOR CERTAIN OFFICIAL SERVICES.
