Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ADMINISTERED THE EMERGENCY FEED AND EMERGENCY FEED ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS PRESCRIBED IN P.L. 86-299 AND THE FOOD AND AGRICULTURE ACT OF 1977, AS AMENDED. THE INFORMATION WILL BE GATHERED FROM PRODUCERS WHO ARE SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR ELIGIBILITY UNDER THESE PROGRAMS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE PRODUCER ELIGIBILITY.
