LIQUIDS. THESE DATA ARE PUBLISHED BY THE EIA. RESPONDENTS ARE
OPERATORS OF PETROLEUM REFINING FACILITIES, BLENDING PLANTS, BULK
TERMINALS, CRUDE OIL AND PRODUCT PIPELINES,
