Abstract: THE STUDY IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE BASIC MEASURES OF THE WELL-BEING OF RURAL POPULATIONS POTENTIALLY AFFECTED BY OCS DEVELOPMENT. INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO PREPARE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENTS AND TO FULFILL MONITORING RESPONSIBILITIES. RESPONDENTS ARE RESIDENTS IN RURAL ALASKA POTENTIALLY AFFECTED BY OCS LEASING.
