Abstract: THE APPLICATION IS USED BY NON-PROFIT INSTITUTIONS TO APPLY FOR DESEGREGATION ASSISTANCE CENTER AWARDS UNDER TITLE IV OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964.
