Abstract: UNDERGROUND COAL MINE OPERATORS WOULD BE REQUIRED TO DEVELOP AND SUBMIT ROOF CONTROL PLANS TO MSHA FOR EVALUATION AND APPROVAL. THESE PLANS WOULD BE EVALUATED TO DETERMINE IF THEY ARE ADEQUSTE FOR PREVAILING MINING CONDITIONS.
