Abstract: THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS ESSENTIAL TO CARRYING OUT THE OFFICE'S CHARGE OF MAINTAINING THE SAFETY AND SOUNDNESS OF THE NATIONAL BANKING SYSTEM.
