Abstract: THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS ESSENTIAL TO CARRYING OUT THE OFFICE'S CHARGE OF MAINTAINING THE SAFETY AND SOUNDNESS OF THE NATIONAL BANKING SYSTEM. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE NATIONAL BANKS HAVING A CONCENTRATION IN THEIR LOAN PORTFOLIOS TO BORROWERS ENGAGED IN THE ENERGY BUSINESS.
