Abstract: PUBLIC LAW 99-190 ESTABLISHED THE NATIONAL CAPITAL ARTS AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS PROGRAM TO PROVIDE GENERAL OPERATING SUPPORT TO ARTS ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THAT MEET SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ESTABLISHED IN THE STATUTE. APPLICATION MATERIALS WILL BE USED BY SUCH ORGANIZATIONS TO APPLY FOR OPERATING SUPPORT GRANTS.
