1987-88 AWARD YEAR. THE FISCAL OPERATION' REPORT DATA WILL BE USED
TO ASSESS PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS AND ACCOUNTABILITY OF FUNDS
EXPENDED DURING THE AWARD PERIOD 1986-87.
