Abstract: THIS AGENCY IS REQUIRED BY SEC. 15 OF FIFRA TO INDEMNIFY OWNERS OF SUSPENDED/CANCELLED PRODUCTS AND BY SEC. 19 OF FIFRA TO PROVIDE FOR PROPER DISPOSAL OF THE REMAINING STOCKS WHEN SO REQUESTED. IN ORDE TO ACCOMPLISH THIS CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE PRODUCT HOLDERS.
