Abstract: THIS CONTINUING PROGRAM ENCOURAGES AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AMONG THE NATION'S YOUTH. THE EPA REGIONAL OFFICES COLLECT AND PROCESS APPLICATIONS FROM THOSE WHO WISH TO CONDUCT ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS TO EARN A PRESIDENTIAL CERTIFICATE OR OTHER RECOGNITION.
