Abstract: THE AGENCY NEEDS ACCURATE STATISTICS ON THE IMPACT ON EXCHANGE PROGRAM OF GRANTS AWARDED UNDER THE PRESIDENT'S INTERNATIONAL YOUTH EXCHANGE INITIATIVE. CURRENT REPORTING DOES NOT PROVIDE THIS DATA UNIFORMLY. INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO REPORT TO THE CONGRESS, THE PRESIDENT'S COUNCIL AND THE PUBLIC ON THE INITIATIVE. RESPONDENTS CURRENTLY NUMBER 70 NON-PROFIT EXCHANGE ORGANIZATIONS.
