Abstract: THE RPCV AND FORMER STAFF DATA BASE CARD WILL BE SENT OUT BY THE AGENC TO RPCV AND FORMER STAFF HOME ADDRESSES. THE CARD WILL BE USED BY AGENCY PERSONNEL AND RPCV GROUPS (ONLY WITH THE EXPLICIT WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE RESPONDENT). THE PURPOSE OF THE CARD IS TO ENHANCE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE AGENCY, RPCV'S, AND FORMER STAFF TO PROVIDE THEM WITH INFORMATION ON AGENCY ACTIVITIES, TO FURTHER THE AGENCY'S
