Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THESE FORMS WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE IF THE RECIPIENTS HAVE UNDERESTIMATED THEIR EARNINGS FOR THE CURRENT YEAR. THIS WILL ALLOW BENEFITS TO BE WITHHELD IF NECESSARY, AND WILL THEREBY AVOID MANY OVERPAYMENTS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF SIX GROUPS OF BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE MOST LIKELY TO BE OVERPAID BECAUSE OF UNDERESTIMATING OR NONREPORTING OF EARNINGS.
