Abstract: THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM MAKES GRANTS TO STATES TO ENABLE THEM T AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE CANDIDATES FRO THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE NATIONAL CREDENTIAL. THESE SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE AWARDED TO INDIVIDUALS WHOSE INCOME DOES NOT EXCEED THE POVERT LINE BY MORE THAN 50 PERCENT.
