Abstract: PART 203 REQUIRES U.S. AND FOREIGN AIR CARRIERS TO BECOME PARTIES TO THE MONTREAL AGREEMENT AND WAIVE THE WARSAW CONVENTION PROVISIONS WHIC LIMIT THEIR LIABILITY FOR PASSENGER DEATH OR INJURY SO AS TO PROVIDE A HIGHER LIMIT OF NOT LESS THAN $75,000 PER PERSON.
