VESSELS/PORT FACILITIES MUST APPLY FOR PORT SECURITY CLEARANCE. THE
INFORMATION IS USED TO INDICATE THAT THE INDIVIDUALS DO NOT POSE A
THREAT TO SECURITY OF WATERFRONT FACILITIES IN THE U.S. THIS
PROGRAM PROVIDES PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF VESSELS, HARBORS, ETC.,
FROM SABOTAGE AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES.
