PHS 2271 IS USED TO ACTIVATE ALL TRAINEE APPOINTMENTS RECEIVING FUNDS UNDER AN NRSA TRAINING GRANT. PHS 3734 IS USED WHEN RESEARCH PROJECT IS TRANSFERRING FROM ONE INSTITUTION TO ANOTHER.
