Abstract: 22 CFR 146.130 PROVIDES A MECHANISM TO ACCOMPLISH THE NEED FOR AN EFFICIENT MEANS OF DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO ALL PERSONS ON MANNED PLATFORMS AS TO THEIR DUTIES, DUTY STATION AND SIGNALS USED IN AN EMERGENCY AND DURING DRILLS.
