Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ENABLE THE COAST GUARD TO FULFILL ITS RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MARITIME SAFETY UNDER TITLE 46, U.S. CODE. IT IS USED SOLELY FOR THIS PURPOSE.
