Abstract: SUBJECT CARRIERS ARE REQUIRED TO FILE COPIES OF THEIR PENSION PLANS WITH THIS COMMISSION, THEY ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO FI COPIES OF ANY PROPOSED CHANGES TO THEIR APPROVED PLAN. THE REGULATED CARRIERS ARE THE AFFECTED PUBLIC. THE INFORMATION FILED IS USED BY TH COMMISSION TO ASCERTAIN THE REASONABLENESS OF PENSION COSTS AS FAR AS THEY ENTER INTO THE DETERMINATION OF RATES.
