Abstract: SURVEY OBTAINS STATISTICAL INFORMATION ON ROYALTIES, LICENSE FEES, AND OTHER RECEIPTS AND PAYMENTS FOR INTANGIBLE RIGHTS BETWEEN U.S. AND UNAFFILIATED FOREIGN PERSONS.
