TO IDENTIFY ERROR RATES BY STATES, REGIONS, AND NATION. THE ERROR
RATES ARE ANALYZED TO DETECT TRENDS AND CAUSES OF HIGH OR LOW ERROR
RATES. RESULTS OF NCA REVIEWS ARE USED BY THE STATES TO PLAN
CORRECTIVE ACTIO TO ASSURE ACCURATE DETERMINATIONS AND TIMELY AND
ADEQUATE NOTICE OF DENIALS.
